Booked Billy to do a move on the 28th of August 2025, never pitched, neither have received my refund. R2500 lost. Keeps on saying he will pay the money, making promises to keep you from opening a ***** case. He now blocked me on WhatsApp and Facebook so he leave me no choice but to go public

Elesberry Removers ****mers
Elesberry Removers quoted me for an 8ton truck to relocate from the Vaal to Middelburg. He sent me an invoice and requested a 50%, deposit which i paid on the 18th of October 2023 as his facebook page has been open for 8 years and he has more than a 1000 people following his account, and also no bad reviews on his page or a hello peter review. They didnt pitch on the sunday as agreed, they then said it will be Monday, but by the Monday afternoon i knew for sure that is a ****.

ELESBERRY REMOVALS ****MERS
I booked an 8ton truck to assist me with relocating from the vaal to Middelburg. He sent me an invoice, requesting 50%, which i did on the 18th of October 2023 to secure my booking. He never arrived on Sundag, promised to do it Monday... still no truck on Monday. As soon as you write a bad review on his page, he removes the bad comments and then blocks you, for that reason his page has been open for 8 years and over a 1000 followers. This is not a legit truck company and they ****med me

Road side assistance fail
On Friday 15 March, I logged a call for roadside assistance for the first time since I joined King Price in 2013. According to me this is included in my policy. However, after waiting for almost 40 min, a consultant phoned to inform me that i would have to pay the tow truck service more than R300 in cash before he could assist me. 2 Things I find horribly wrong with this.. 1 - in my policy you doesn't stipulate anything about a payment, 2nd if I dont have the cash with me, I, women alone, have to stop at the bank and draw money.. Then you want me to pay more than R300 to take me about 15km to my house. #justtocompare #outsurance towed a family member last week from Rustenburg on a flat bed at no cost. I’m truly disgusted that the one day i needed some assistance, as I was alone with no help nearby, I could not even rely on you! I will be in contact with you today to cancel this useless policy!
