Time wasters.

Poor communication and service. I made an appointment through reception to meet a mechanic @ 08:00 at the Centurion branch. The arrangement was to put my Jeep on a lift to inspect suspension bushes due for replacement. Upon arrival I was told I will have to wait up to two hours when a lift is available. American SUV lost a client for life today due to poor communication between reception and the workshop.
