Amex as bad as everybody else!

I successfully cancelled the credit card but now Amex must pay me my Reward monies. This is where the wheels have come off...... you are put through to wrong people, you have to repeat the hole story just to be transferred again. Promises are made that you will be called back. Really..........I was never called back. Amex you suck and you have my money!
