Was supp**** with a defective part. Tried resolving. Tobeka answered "sorry but go and buy another part." That's the end of Samsung appliances and mobile phones in my household.
They sold me a part that failed immediayely after fitting. They blame the dishwasher. It is clearly a simple manufacturing problem of the part. Not interested to assist. After accusing PMC Electronics of poor srvice and uninterested to assist, they want me to bring the part in and they will send it back to Samsung. Do not support them!
App**** for a credit card. Upon approval, I was told that I need to purchase a credit insurance policy from Capitec. That is an illicit practice that banks are very fond of. Trying to buy a car, house or a loan; no---first buy an insurance policy from us. Then you can get the loan. Their caveat is also a joke, if you do not have your own credit insurance policy, you still do not get a loan. Buy a policy or no credit.
I cancelled my account in July 2024, about six months ago. On 9 January 2025. FNB allowed a debit on my closed account, six months after it is closed. They now send me a sms saying I need to pay the amount into my account. DEI banking at its best!

I had the misfortune of having to contact MSoft for advice ito which would be the best MS Project license for my use. MSoft SA was useless, only prepared to give me a support desk number....... yes, off to India for support. Did the person know what I was talking about no! Has this person ever heard about MS Project..... I doubt it. I asked to get somebody online which knows the product licensing ..... mmm, still waiting. So my resolution is that I shall *******ly obtain copies of both MS Project Prof and Project OnLine. Determine which one I need and delete the other. Oh, and btw not buy a legal licence. So take that Microsoft!!!!

I purchased a chest freezer from Game. Entered my delivery address and was charged a R100.00 delivery fee. Happy with this, I placed my order. order place don 8 Nov 21. On the 19h No 21 I again followed up why have I not received my order. Without flinching or apologising, I'm told no, we are going to charge you another R761.00 for delivery. Well, that is in breach of contract. So game shove your freezer chest and refund me my money. People watch out for Game - dishonest!.
On the 8th Nov 21 I place an order for a chest freezer. The delivery fee, based on my address entered is R100.00. Days go buy - no delivery. After two follow-ups I eventually get a poor excuse and note saying my new delivery charge is now R761.00. I have not changed the delivery address. I told Game what I think of their dishonest business and requested my order to be cancelled. We will now see how long it takes Game to return my money. People, stay away from Game - bunch of sharleton's!
Hi Netflorest, just now tried to order a cake from you for a friend's birthday. Did this via your mobile app. App does not work - could not place order. Took my business elsewhere.
