Bad service
Overall, bad service from them. I had to pay a fee before they picked up my Samsung dishwasher. It then took them 3 business days to come out to collect my machine. They then had it for 5 business days before returning it to me. They obviously did not test the machine, because the very first time I used it, the same error message came up. I let them know immediately. It's been another day now, and they can't even confirm when they will collect it again. Their attitude also stinks. It's like they don't care. You have to wait until they can get to you, even though you already paid for a repair that didn't happen. I have no faith in them. Don't use them.

Bad service
Overall, bad service from them. I had to pay a fee before they picked up my Samsung dishwasher. It then took them 3 business days to come out to collect my machine. Seriously bad service, PMC electronics give a 3 month guarantee, which is non existent. They had to fix a washing machine, I paid them, it does not work, they refuse to fix it.!!!!!

Indifferent PMC Electronics
They sold me a part that failed immediayely after fitting. They blame the dishwasher. It is clearly a simple manufacturing problem of the part. Not interested to assist. After accusing PMC Electronics of poor srvice and uninterested to assist, they want me to bring the part in and they will send it back to Samsung. Do not support them!

Great service!
We've had our convection oven serviced and later repaired. We bought a repaired microwave from them. And they repaired our Smart TV :) I have NO complaints, and highly recommend their services.

Great service!

Great service centre
Great service and quality repairs. I even bought a repaired microwave from then which is still working fine. They repaired our smart TV and convection over - and they're not expensive!

Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Customer Experience.
Strongly Disappointed with Service – Avoid This Provider I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with the business. This isn’t just poor service delivery, it’s a complete lack of service. My machine was returned in unacceptable condition: severely dented, scratched, and with loose bolts inside rolling around. Additionally, a bracket was broken off, and the unit now has a water leak. Despite raising these issues, the so called manager has refused to take any accountability. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is astounding. I strongly advise against doing business with this provider. The damage and negligence displayed are inexcusable, and the unwillingness to address these failures speaks volumes about their standards. One thing is certain, if there was a lower rating than 1 avaliable on the scale, I would have given this "place" a minus 5.

From good to bad.
I’m changing my review from good service to the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. They claim to test but the item is still faulty upon return and then they refuse to prove their alleged testing, when requested to do so. Paid to replace components and for multiple deliveries and now they refuse to reimburse the money paid. Please be advised and rather be sure what they tell you. They are arrogant when you ask them on how they test after replacing components and to show proof of testing. My family has supported them for more than 20years but Im saddened to say that it is not the same company anymore.
