I’m changing my review from good service to the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. They claim to test but the item is still faulty upon return and then they refuse to prove their alleged testing, when requested to do so. Paid to replace components and for multiple deliveries and now they refuse to reimburse the money paid. Please be advised and rather be sure what they tell you. They are arrogant when you ask them on how they test after replacing components and to show proof of testing. My family has supported them for more than 20years but Im saddened to say that it is not the same company anymore.

Have international flight and terminal A security check has only one check point open on a Friday. Security staff states people is on lunch and the superviser stated that there is a software or some license issue that is not payed. He said they can’t open the gates due to this and only rotating staff at one check point. They have more than 20 staff standing around and have a jolly good time while our international tourists are standing and witnessing our *********** ACSA staff and senior management unable to fulfill their duty as proud South Africans. Shame on you. Just like eskom and denel, acsa is a failed company. Many globes in the terminals not working and all the walls is so dirty. Can’t even manage basics. These managers should be fired.
ABSA woodlands is the worst bank branch in South Africa. Never answer any calls and the business bankers takes forever to finalize you requests. Do your self a treat and if you want to see how a bank should not be run go visit them. Service on our business account was so bad I had to move to Menlyn Main. This is after we pay quite a arm and leg for the service. Always an excuse why they do not answer the emails or phone calls. If you an attorney and need quick attention to banking technical problems you going to struggle. Please reconsider.
I’m a Discover member and have decided to take health insurance out for my domestic worker. Service for keycare plus is shocking and is much worse that normal discovery plan services. The staff is not driendly and helpfull. You deal with a different departments than the normal discovery structure. They always put you through to other people with now awnser. Spoke 5 times with normal discovery authorizations department awnser quick but said I must speak to keycare authorizations department. They awnser but before you can talk they put you thought to nowhere… phone dies after a while. We’ve been trying to confirm hospitalizations for my worker that goed in to hospital tomorrow. No luck. This procedure I’ve tried to get authorized since end of May 2021. This plan is expensive for the service or rather no service.
