Bad service

Overall, bad service from them. I had to pay a fee before they picked up my Samsung dishwasher. It then took them 3 business days to come out to collect my machine. They then had it for 5 business days before returning it to me. They obviously did not test the machine, because the very first time I used it, the same error message came up. I let them know immediately. It's been another day now, and they can't even confirm when they will collect it again. Their attitude also stinks. It's like they don't care. You have to wait until they can get to you, even though you already paid for a repair that didn't happen. I have no faith in them. Don't use them.
