I've been contacted by an attorney company saying that there is an outstanding mount for my Lancet Lab tests. I immediately contacted the attorneys, asking for a statement - but they could not verify my info and could not send me a statement. I then had to contact Lancet and ask for clarity, since I am a Cash paying client. I'm still waiting for ANY RESPONSE after 5days... It seems that the Customer Service in South Africa has declined to 0%. This feels like a ****.
I ordered some parts and paid online (17March2026). I have still not received any confirmation for my order, nor any idea when I'll get the ordered parts. I called, and the agent said she will whatsapp me in a very unprofessional manner... but, still nothing. Then, I messaged them via Facebook messenger. Today I got a response from FB messenger saying that I should contact Tracy, apparently she is handling my order. I mean - the person messaging me on BF messenger is probably in the same building as Tracy - so why not just walk to her desk and ask her to call me or send an email FFS! Really useless employees. I do not recommend this company.
Builders Warehouse Silver Lakes: I would like to praise the staff at Builders Warehouse in Silver Lakes, Pretoria East. They're always helpful and friendly. I recently had my car key replaced there - what a great guy and knowledgeable too! Prices are good and have specials in-store. They actually call you when you ask them to - for stock to arrive. ***** Great!
We've had our convection oven serviced and later repaired. We bought a repaired microwave from them. And they repaired our Smart TV :) I have NO complaints, and highly recommend their services.
Great service and quality repairs. I even bought a repaired microwave from then which is still working fine. They repaired our smart TV and convection over - and they're not expensive!
I hope that no one else have to claim as a 3rd party from QuestClaims (on behalf of OldMutual) - they don't have a 3rd party support system. You have to follow up every week, as they don't care. Also, their initial review (and quote) of damages caused by THEIR client was way out form the quoted damage report. I had to go back to the assessors and inspect the damages again and re-quote... Waiting on QC to accept the quote. Initial incident occurred on 26November 2024! - I'm STILL WAITING FOR the REPAIRS to be done! Really **** service!
