I just want to warn all of you who are buying from this company. It's a **** I'm 100% sure, make peace with the fact that you will never get your parts and you will never be refunded. I am a victim. Please search for Devi,s show that plays on etv, the company was exposed. Search it on Google the show is there. For those of you bought thing in 2026 the company does not exist. I'm sorry. I wish every one can be warned against this company.

I have odder a sensor from online car parts week later till thise day never received my sensor or even a email only a proof of payment that was send via email I have call them and spoke to a guy that told me they wil refund me and XOLISA are just bussy on a call she wil call me back 5 days later no call no email no refund Send them WhatsApps and emails no response call them no response I hade to go and buy a sensor for my client somewhere else I have the proof of payment and the confirmation letter that I pay the sensor on the 6 of March 2026 today is the 18 if non refund are done I'm taking the matter to court and will sue for ****eges and lost of income for the days that I must waste to attend court louis99davis@gmail.com

I placed and paid for Cabin Filters on the 4th of March 2026. Since then, until now, the order status has been "Processing in progress". I have phoned, used their WhatsApp, and emailed to attempt getting some sort of reply or indication of delay; there is no response on any of these.

Title: URGENT: No response after EFT payment – Online Car Parts (Order TD01) I am extremely concerned about the lack of communication from Online Car Parts regarding my order. I placed an order for an intake manifold for a Toyota Corolla 1.6 3ZZ on Monday, 09/03/2026, and made full payment via EFT on the same day. Payment details: • Bank: Absa • Payment date: 09/03/2026 • Amount: R1,996.00 • Transaction number: 80C2624850-1 • Reference: TD01 • Beneficiary: Online Car Parts (Capitec Business) Despite this, I have received no confirmation of payment, no order update, and no communication regarding delivery. This is unacceptable service. As a paying customer, I expect: • Immediate confirmation that my payment has been received • A clear update on my order status • A confirmed delivery timeline or tracking details I have proof of payment available and can provide it if required. I ordered a Runx intake on 25th February 2026. The website clearly displayed "IN STOCK" — that's the ONLY reason I placed the order. I expected delivery within a few days like any normal online purchase.Days pass. Nothing.No dispatch notification. No tracking number. No email. Complete silence.I had to chase THEM for an update. Their response? "We're waiting for the part from the supplier because it's not in stock." Excuse me? So your website ****. The part was NEVER in stock.

This is the worst business ever and they have the worst customer service, I bought car parts on the 9th of November, and they delivered on the 31st of December, and I had already bought from another company and reported to Capitec, after receiving the package, I told them that i no longer needed the item and they collected, now they are refusing to refund me, I’ve called, emailed and even sent messages on WhatsApp and Facebook, and they don’t respond or if they do, they tell me that they don’t know how to assist, spoke to Tracy who keeps on giving me numbers that don’t work.

I ordered parts from them before and got good service but this last time was abysmal. I will NEVER support them again and do my best to save others the pain of dealing with Online Car Parts. I have been battling more than 2 months to get a refund for a cancelled order. They must be going out of business but are doing so in the most dishonest way. I paid R1100 on 8 January 2026 for oil. After a month my order still showed 'in processing'. I started following up telephonically, by e-mail and by Whatsapp. After more than 10 calls, 5 e-mails and 2 Whatsapps I finally got through to a person in Finance (Naideen) who promised to help me. My order was finally cancelled on 28 February with a promise the get a refund on 4 March. This never happened and my Whatsapps are not even being read. I don't know what to do short of driving to their shop and demanding my money back! My patience has run out with this bunch of ******.
