Pathetic Customer Service! Stay away!

Whatever you do stay away from amoma! They have not honored my confirmed booking and I was stranded at the hotel for hours hoping for them to solve the situation without any avail. Even the hotel was trying to solve the problem from their side with amoma. amoma was blaming a the third party (agent) they have used for the mix up! Hello...I was not dealing with a "third party" when I was making my reservation! I trusted amoma and amoma only when I was doing this booking. At the end I was forced to do my own arrangements to get myself a booking at a nearby hotel. After that it was a real fight to get them to refund my money. Please do yourself a favour and use one of the more well known booking sites and safe yourself a lot of trouble!
