I'm slowly losing my cool with this company. I'm highly frustrated with the accounts department. When they want their money they pester you with LoDs but when they have to refund you, it takes them years, with hoops and leaps in between. Anything for them to delay giving you back your money. Mind you I dealt with Melita then the next minute I'm dealing with Nombulelo and they both telling me (separate communication) they can't refund to a different account to the one I initially made payment from, which if fine but why is this not communicated from the onset? Why is it not written on the refund document so that there is no back and forth?
I didn't even get confirmation from Nombulelo telling me that everything is now fine and how long the refund process is going to take etc so that I know where I stand with getting my refund.
I just want what's due to me. It might be a lot for them but the interesting thing is that even if it was R50 due to them, they would still want their money.
