Smaller jobs don't matter to them

If I could give zero stars then I would! I bought and paid for two new gel batteries and a callout fee for them to install these in a small inverter system. I was told for two weeks that they were coming out the next day. Every single day I had to follow up with Riaan or there was radio silence. Everyday I got another excuse. Now I have given up and I don't expect my money to come back either.

Ampnet is more than happy to take your money and run with it. It seems like if you aren't a big sale for them then they genuinely don't care about you (I think that once they show up then the work is fine according to the positive comments on here). Do not deal with these people! They are dishonest and will lie at every opportunity.
