Worst experience I've ever had with a company and owner of the company Gino Lottino. Got quotation which I accepted. Then I had to pay all amounts so he can "purchase the materials" to build the coldroom. When it eventually got installed , after his excuse that there are no condensor units in the country, he sent out a sub-contractor who demanded me to pay an additional fee of R14000. Mr Lottino did not deliver the meat rail which I paid for. The condenser unit installed was refurbished ( which was NOT disclosed in the quote or invoice.) I'm still waiting for a refund on the meat rail which was not supplied . The built quality of the coldroom is shocking with bent panels, rusted condenser tray and *****s, they did not even seal the floor so all the cold and water escapes out under neath the panels. Worst company ever and a con-man at the helm.
