Amviral..lies, incompetency and a no show.

An absolute NIGHTMARE!!

Both my husband and I work in technology and as such..we work anywhere and everywhere and that was the case for us until our untimely crosspath with amviral.

We recently moved around the Rosebank/Melrose area and were unfortunate enough to be lumped up with amviral as our fibre provider/admin. They claimed to have installed the fibre and that all that's needed is just the installation of the router and as a result, we picked a package and paid and its been nothing but pillar to post since. They dont answer the phone when you call and when they do..they lie and promises -once again - to have a look and get back to you..which they never do! If you dont call to follow up and check..no one will bother to contact you. They claim super fast internet..but how can that be when they cant even connect you?

A complete waste of time really..you'l never actually receive a service from these people..Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!
