What did I get myself into!

Poor workmanship, poor quality of material, incorrect style of blinds installed, looks used and moto for the blinds not working properly. Lack of communication, empty promises. The day they came to install they were smelling heavily of alcohol. They also did not have all the equipment to do the job.

They did not finish, said they'll come back to fix the next day but they did not make it. They sent a message later in the afternoon saying they are sorry they couldn't make and promised to come back the following day but they never showed up and this time around did not even communicate.
