Terrible Communication and no way to contact the accounts department.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for days now regarding an account issue. They need to refund me money that I paid into their account and there is no means of getting in touch with them, they do not respond to emails and the forum on the website does not work I get a system error. This is poor and pathetic that a company just refuse to respond to emails.
