Terrible Communication and no way to contact the accounts department.
I have been trying to get in touch with this company for days now regarding an account issue. They need to refund me money that I paid into their account and there is no means of getting in touch with them, they do not respond to emails and the forum on the website does not work I get a system error. This is poor and pathetic that a company just refuse to respond to emails.

Star -10 quotation for a 9 ton truck with a trailer for my car 30k and they pitch with a 6 ton truck no trailer no business information with the cheek of telling us they will drive my car down.

Shapeware Shop!
I dont know where to start! 5 stars is not enough first of all i placed my order this morning and i had my pair of jeans before 5 (same day delivery) second of all size is perfect to size chart and third and most important quality it is amazing thick material but still stretchy and the colour is amazing! I am inlove with these pants!

If i could give 0 stars i would! Customer service is terrible there is never a reply on a email or answer when i try to phone i have been trying to phone in for a whole month every day to try to change my banking details on my account and Mot once in this month has one person responded to me!

AVIS CAR RENTAL
We have had the worst experience with AVIS ever! first they wont give us a car that we have pre booked and payed for when we land at an airport at 22:00pm when we ask for a manager to be called they refuse and now we have been waiting for almost a month for our refund every single time I phone they say that no refund has been booked and someone will contact me BUT NO ONE EVER DOES!
