Disgusting staff and food is unclean
Management need to check on their staff. The place is disgusting. Already ordered my food and realised how unkempt and dirty everything is. I'm already feeling nauseous, I hope just from eating those three bites, I'm not going to be sitting in the loo. Sevice is deplorable. This establishment needs to close down 👎

Plenty for Problems
I've ordered a chicken plenty at the Anat at Mall of Africa but it was really not up to standard at all. It's one of my favs at Anat, so I know exactly how it should be. This one was filled with dry coleslaw and the smallest, tiniest amount of meat I've ever seen. I basically had a wrap with coleslaw and chips. From what I experienced, the guy (who seemed to be the owner) was present and he turned the entire air to gloom. The workers looked like they were unhappy and scared. Like as if they were under Martial Law and were scolded beforehand to not use sufficient ingredients and not to even give plastics. He looks like a very stingy man who only cares about making money. He was very busy counting his money at the time too. And even when we ordered he was rude and it was a problem that we only ordered a plenty. I watched him with other customers and he just had an overall distasteful attitude. It is honestly the worst wrap I've ever had and experience at Anat. I send an email to the email address found online to advise them of my experience and a month later with no reply.

Terrible service and disappointing food
My husband and I had the worst experience at Anat Emporers palace. The service was terrible. The cashier desk was so unorganized when we got there. After ordering we waited about 20 minutes to start our food order. They had no coleslaw, no cabbage, no cucumber and no tahina sauce. The eggplant was burnt black, not edible. The staff said there was no cucumber and I asked if there was none in the back? When I asked the lady to get more cucumber she rolled her eyes and wiped the snot from her nose on her shirt. Then I continued to wait another 20 minutes for her to cut cucumber. I felt sorry for the many people waiting after me because there was barely any fillings left for them. Just really poor service in general and so unwilling to help or provide the service we pay for at a well known brand like anat. The floors were full of *******. The manager needs to get involved and ensure the staff are cleaning up and keeping the food space hygienic and stocked. Chips were cold and stale. We will not be back.

Don't ever order food online from Anat The Glen Mall, Johannesburg South. I ordered three different meals, all them equally bad and tasteless. The protein (beef and chicken) hardly featured. The tiny bits of chicken and beef were definitely not fresh. The veggies were sloppy and overwhelming. The entire packaging and presentation was disgusting. I definitely wasted my money which is really sad considering the cost. I will never bother to buy from Anat again. I'm totally put off by the experience.

Bad customer service at Mall of Africa. I had to drive all the way to Mall of Africa from Pretoria. That is B.S . He has a very condescending attitude and tone towards me and my boyfriend. When I asked him why is he not giving me a receipt and how will he identify me, he asked who else would come there for the situation. That is utterly rude and unacceptable. @anat_foods yall not value customer service and it's disgusting

ANAT DOES NOT VALUE ITS CLIENTS THAT DO NOT EAT BEEF.
Anat Menlyn Mall, you say you sell lamb yet you prepare it on the same grill that you grill beef where the beef goes everywhere as its the same grill. Are you really catering to us people that do not eat beef. We are clearly not valued as clients. Please get a grill that caters to us that do not eat beef.

Anat Menlyn Mall, you say you sell lamb yet you prepare it on the same grill that you grill beef where the beef goes everywhere as its the same grill. Are you really catering to us people that do not eat beef. We are clearly not valued as clients. Please get a grill that caters to us that do not eat beef.

What a waste of money.
What a terrible experience we had at anat clear water. What a waste of our money. Food was just not up to standard at all. Distasteful and really just not what we had hoped for. Disappointing much.
