BEWARE BUYING 8KG FROZEN CHICKEN IT IS HARD & CHEWY. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO REFUNDS JUST PLAIN IMPOLITE, EVEN THOUGH CHICKEN IS AT FACTORY FAULT. CHICKEN TASTE LIKE OLD CHICKEN, VERY STIFF MONEY IS THE ONLY FACTOR IN LIFE , FOR THIS BUSINESS 🙄

wonderful service
I recently interacted with Anca in Port Elizabeth. The manager was a joy to deal with. I booked a roast chicken on Thursday for collection on Friday. She phoned me on Friday morning to tall me there was a delay. She was so great.

Anca chicken
I bought anca chicken from walkerdrive pick n pay the following day I wanted to cook for my family it was rotten and blue I have my slip and the chicken. I am very disappointed I have screenshots of emails over a period of 3 weeks. someone contacted me from the office to say they will be visiting the store with my email and photo and will reimburse me but will get back to me. They never did. Then I phoned head office spoke to Pamela she sent my complaint to relevant department and also no feedback I ask her what is going on. She does not reply. I don't have a car so I take uber to buy my groceries just to buy rotten stuff I am disgusted

I wish to commend stutterheim staff for being so efficient ,warm and humble.Mr Wentsel is everything you would want as a customer.he is quiet with no facial expression except serving you satisfactory.he has magnificent manners and his customer care skills are high levelled.He is an expect in getting what you want to advising how can you best spend your money and still be happy in doing that.heyy dude big up and keel up the good work

Negligence on Health and Safety Risk
My grand mother broke her wrist when she fell at the ANCA Chicken Store East London. She was working in at ANCA chicken and she tripped and fell, she was not assisted by any of the staff nor did they ask what happened as they saw what happened but didn’t care to enquire if she is ok. She had to see a doctor and realised that her wrist is broken due to the negligence in health and safety of the organisation, putting customers at risk and not showing concern.

Worst worst service ever!!!!!
Worst worst worst service ever complaining on facebook inbox as i did not want to do this but no feedback for more than a week reading the messages but not responding at all!Getting chicken with more feathers than chicken and then not getting a response someone is not doing their job most pathetic service ever i would love to speak to the owner of manager how can you run a business like that?I hope i get a response after this
