Staff lies and customers service is no help.
I am having such a bad experience with this company. My package was supposed to be delivered on 05.02.2026 but that never happend. Checking where is was it shows cleint request rescheduling. And that never happend. I called the customer service line. They were no help at all. Apparently the driver called me and asked for me but I never came out. That was 100% a lie. I got no call from no one nor anyone came in looking for me. Now I am still waiting for the package that needs to be delivered to me. I even asked if I can pick it up myself and they told me that is not allowed. I don't know what to do now. That package is apart of my wedding stuff. I really need it.

Train your staff people skills!!
Highly upset about the way I was treated by your cleaner and security guard. They need some people skills. They are not the owners nor manager and to talk to people the way they did is unexpectedly I am a smoker and that is my choice 1st of all. Just after 13pm I entered the mall and before I did, I killed my smoke with my shoe and also dipped into water. After that I put in the bin. I was then aggressively approach by both the female (old) cleaner and the security, shouting at me that I am going to burn the place down. The more I tell them it not lit the more they are shouting. To the point where I got upset and stack my hand in and PULLED OUT THE UNLIT STOM****! Now I am very that after sticking my hand in a Public bin to get them off my ass, they Both still had the nurve to tell me I am rude. Please train your staff on how to talk to people P. S how *** is your security? I killed the smoke in front of him and he still went on unprofessional like that.

Looks can be deceiving...
So my husband and I went to spar in Umdloti, kzn on Tuesday and got some cooked rice and beef stew for dinner. Everything looked so yummy until we opened up the container. The smell was horrible. The rice was off. I mean I how the staff not smell off food??? Very very disgusted and disappointed.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! We took the bus from Port Elizabeth to Durban on the 8th of June 2020 and it was disgusting! Right now we are dealing the with coronavirus pendemic in South Africa and there was no screening people, hand sanitizer was not offered getting on or off the bus. The driver did not care that some people were not wearing a face mask at all! No IDs was check to confirm. The bathroom was disgusting, it looked like someone had a big Sh*T and wiped it on the walls. The sets was dirty. The headrests was not clean. After about 2 hours on the bus I was bitten by insects so bad the my half left body was swollen. This is not acceptable and is a direct violation to my health. I expect someone to give me a call, if not I will take legal action!!
