Stranded passengers
Hi these buss just left my mother who is going to cape Town with two kids both 3 years younger in queens Town from 19:18 till now a d it's 22:09 and all other passengers a d they haven't heard anything from anyone they were told to get off the bus that took them from mathata and was supposed to take them to cape Town,please help the kids can't be out in the open at this time haibo ngkeke guys, this is unacceptable Delta coaches... from mathata to cape Town via Ngcobo, Queens Town....

Worst Bus service ever
I booked 3 or 4 tickets from Durban to Johannesburg. Went to Eldo Coaches offices in Durban station was told that the Bus was cancelled and never received a refund. I had paid over R900 for the tickets.

Eldo coaches is the worst
Honestly, I was trying to give it half a star. This happened a while ago and since then I said I would never take Eldo Coaches again and I've kept my word. I was going from Joburg to Durban and after our break at HarrySmith petrol station when we left the bus driver did a U-turn on the freeway and shocked every single passenger on the bus. To be specific everyone screamed. And the bus also stopped in Pinetown for some stupid reason as well as if he hadn't already made the trip longer than it was supposed to be.

Eldo coaches is the worst

1 year later still no refund... *******!!!!!
Almost a year later and Eldo Coaches still have not processed my refund.... They blocked me on whatsapp, Their email address doesn't work anymore... That money is mine and I have every right of access to it...

need help in getting my refund
I bought 2 tickects at pick n pay kiosk for Eldo buses on the 20th of June 2023 they were supposed to travel at night that day , to our suprise when we got there we were told that Eldo buses are no longer in service so i asked why the stores were still selling their tickets, or why they didn't schedule us to another bus we didnt get a clear answer, we went back home the next day went to pick n pay for refund,they told me to contact Eldo but their numbers does not exist call back call center they busy taking my number promise to call back till today i'm still stuck ewith those tickets.my niece wassick i was trying to get her home then she passed on the following week. can someone help me to get my refund from Eldo or company that took over from them. from a very upset customer phumzile yawo tembisa phumzile.yawo1@gmail.com

Feedback for a 2018 claim
After years of no feedback from Eldo Coaches, I have rated with one star because they have on reason not to process my claim as a client who who lost his belongings in one of your busses, I will tell everyone one that I meet as I'm a traveling person, I recommend Inter Cape.
