first and foremost im not happy with Anderson service when i call there's no one who seems to understand whats happening i called since last week wednesday but i'm not getting any joy , i made 2 payments same day to close down my loan i paid of R4142 Ref:WU3785 and payment of R41186 ref:WI3785 ,i made a mistake on reference number i put I instead of U and i called immediately they assured all is well they will allocate the payment , now when i check on FNB app only R4142 is reflecting, payment for R41186 is not reflecting.
please allocate the payment and send me a paid up letter as soon as possible, because i need a paid up letter for the new job that i got, now they cant give me a contract because i need to produce proof that i paid up all my debts ,kindly treat this as a matter of a urgency please. all proof of payments are attached and the discount letter.your help will be highly appreciated.
