first and foremost im not happy with Anderson service when i call there's no one who seems to understand whats happening i called since last week wednesday but i'm not getting any joy , i made 2 payments same day to close down my loan i paid of R4142 Ref:WU3785 and payment of R41186 ref:WI3785 ,i made a mistake on reference number i put I instead of U and i called immediately they assured all is well they will allocate the payment , now when i check on FNB app only R4142 is reflecting, payment for R41186 is not reflecting. please allocate the payment and send me a paid up letter as soon as possible, because i need a paid up letter for the new job that i got, now they cant give me a contract because i need to produce proof that i paid up all my debts ,kindly treat this as a matter of a urgency please. all proof of payments are attached and the discount letter.your help will be highly appreciated. The was some ***** activity suspected from the person who sent me money then standard bank instructed fnb to hold the funds from my account ,but standard bank confirmed it was just a mistake and sent instruction to fnb to release the funds. The guy by the name of Sithembiso Mahlambi (***** consultant)from FNB has been holding the funds with a rationale of standard bank hasn't given him instruction to release the funds. But standard bank confirmed with me that the instruction from standard bank has been sent to FNB to release the funds and the email was sent also he was CC Its been over a week now since the funds has been on hold when I call Sithembiso he doesn't answer the phone nor respond to the email .level of unprofessionalism it's beyond measure
