Unhappy customer to andowl online shopping

People please don't buy anything from andowl online shopping they are ****mers I promise you. I brought a t.v box that was R 399 from them and they said I must pay R100 for delivery fee and I did that they said they will deliver 7-10 working days they even sent me my order number I ordered on the 4th of November now it's the 5th of December. I tried to email them I sent them countless messages when I call them they don't answer my call. What they always say to me is my order will be delivered before the week end on Monday they said I will get my order on Thursday which is today when I call they don't answer me please help I need that money I regret buying from them💔
