False advertising
I had an Andowl 40000mah powerbank for a while now had it in my cupboard This morning the batteries swelled up and the cover.came of.Only to.disvover that inside there are only 3 x. 10000 batteries.On the cover says 40000 and that is what i paid for .This is ansolutely daylight ******* who can i speak to.concerningl.this issue

Very Unhappy
I bought a digital photo frame on Takealot. It lasted a month, so I returned it and they sent me another one. This worked for 6 month as long as I didn't switch it off. Every time I switched it back on, it would not read the sd card or USB stick (I had to use a different one each time). Now, it won't even go on. Not to mention the remote didn't work from day one. Will never buy Andowl again. Now. I would like to see how their support team deals with this. I will update my review once I know more.

Very Unhappy

Do not purchase anything from this company
Do not absolutely do not buy anything from this company. I wish I could have read the reviews here before my purchase. Ordered on 3 January 2025 still not received my order on 6th Feb. They do not communicate with you at all.

Do not absolutely do not buy anything from this company. I wish I could have read the reviews here before my purchase. Ordered on 3 January 2025 still not received my order on 6th Feb. They do not communicate with you at all.

Andowl utter dissapointing service
I'm writing to express my utter dismay with ANDOWL's service - it's been a wild ride. In June 2024, I bought a smart TV box from them, and ever since, I've been getting the runaround. Their responses have been all over the place, veering wildly from 'waiting for shipment' to 'you'll get it by the end of the week.' I'm super unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and transparency - it's like they're making it up as they go. Sure, their prices are competitive, but I'd advise proceeding with caution when dealing with ANDOWL.

Worst service ever received
I have never in my life received such poor service from a service provider. The lack of communication takes the cup for me. This is after following up on my order that had a delivery notice of 7-10 days. The follow up was 14 days after and many countless days after. It's unbelievable how their systems are so quick to receive payment but very slow and poor when it comes to something so important for any business, communication.

Unhappy customer to andowl online shopping
People please don't buy anything from andowl online shopping they are ****mers I promise you. I brought a t.v box that was R 399 from them and they said I must pay R100 for delivery fee and I did that they said they will deliver 7-10 working days they even sent me my order number I ordered on the 4th of November now it's the 5th of December. I tried to email them I sent them countless messages when I call them they don't answer my call. What they always say to me is my order will be delivered before the week end on Monday they said I will get my order on Thursday which is today when I call they don't answer me please help I need that money I regret buying from them💔
