I placed o TV Box order in November 2024. I haven't received it. Everything I communicate with them on their Whatsapp line they promise Friday. Worse now of late they have stopped responding. Their customer email is not working. They basically ****med me
I had a 3rd party claim facilitated by MiWay. The claim was assigned to KKarishma Maharaj from their Legal service. She did an excellent job 👏 in recovering the money and thanks to her. Her service was as professional as ever. Keep up the the good work
The company relegates its monitoring responsibility as soon as they approve the claim. My car has been with panel beaters for over a month now. The last time I got an estimated date to get my car is when I was promised the 30 July 2021. I am still waiting. Since then I do not know when to expect my car let alone knowing reasons for my car being with panel beaters for over a month, to be precise, since the 07 July 2021. Service providers are not held accountable and customers wellbeing is not a concern for MiWay.
I made a waithdrawal 6 days back within tbeirinstant withdrawal time and still did not get the money. They are not attending to my problem instead they write me responses with general information and not the real reasons why my money is nit being processed in time
