Vodacom.app.is a total flop.I have won vodabucks and need to claim them on the vodapay app.It is totally impossible to do.Can someone plseee.assist.Ðo not.suggest ToBI that is a total disaster
Its month again usual inferior service from Cellc ive paid my account but get email from Cellc saying otherwise.Can someone from cellc who might have a clue of how this inferoir system works maybe find the time to call me.
I had an Andowl 40000mah powerbank for a while now had it in my cupboard This morning the batteries swelled up and the cover.came of.Only to.disvover that inside there are only 3 x. 10000 batteries.On the cover says 40000 and that is what i paid for .This is ansolutely daylight ******* who can i speak to.concerningl.this issue
Trying to get any satisfaction from Tobi is absolutely useless Habe an issue with vodapay app.Tobi is apparently only option to.solve the issue.He has to limited options abailable cannot ne transferred to the vodapay app dept direct.Can someome please call me to.sort out my problem
Every month same story wiith Cellc April they couldnt find my eft payment.This month for May they debited my account but cant find the remainder amount that i paid by bank.deposit.How do you people actually operate are your staff given any training what so ever.because to me they seem totally lost and in.competant.Can someone.in a.position to.maybe.perhaps.help me.contact me on a phone.that i will be able to hear you on because.most of..the time i chat to.cellc they cannot even.hear a person on the phone. There payment system is pathetic as is their staff.Ive made payment on my account 29. Last mont had.numerous calls saying im.in arrears.Ive sent pop.they admitted they never allocated my payment to the account.Received email threatèning to dissconnect me.Sent anothet pop This .morning i got another call.in.connection with non.payment REALLY CAN I SPEAK TO.MAYBE ..JUST SOMEONE.AT CELLC THAT IS .QUAILIFIED.ENOUGH TO.ASSIST ME.PLEEEAAASE
The slowest service ever and staff.constantly cannot hear you on the phone calls keep getting cut of.Very unprofessional for a so called cellphone company
Cellc customer care service is substandard to say the least.I was on the line with them for over an hour today.Trying to sort out a faulty tablet I purchased on my contract.I got shunted around from dept to dept.Most times be told they cannot hear me my line is bad.Before that had spoken to other people from the same phone and was heard very clearly.The people on the line from cellc were totally ***********.They have no interest in what they doing .I live in Ladysmith KZN the cellc store was closed down here.So now I'm sitting with a problem faulty tablet and battling to havecit retuned to cell c.Can a member of management from cellc contact me regarding this issue.
I called to query an option for payment on my contract.The person was professional and they solved my query punctually ,without any hesitation.
