Andowl utter dissapointing service

I'm writing to express my utter dismay with ANDOWL's service - it's been a wild ride. In June 2024, I bought a smart TV box from them, and ever since, I've been getting the runaround. Their responses have been all over the place, veering wildly from 'waiting for shipment' to 'you'll get it by the end of the week.' I'm super unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and transparency - it's like they're making it up as they go. Sure, their prices are competitive, but I'd advise proceeding with caution when dealing with ANDOWL.
