I bought a digital photo frame on Takealot. It lasted a month, so I returned it and they sent me another one. This worked for 6 month as long as I didn't switch it off. Every time I switched it back on, it would not read the sd card or USB stick (I had to use a different one each time). Now, it won't even go on. Not to mention the remote didn't work from day one. Will never buy Andowl again. Now. I would like to see how their support team deals with this. I will update my review once I know more.
Not great service. I booked a half day clean and saw on the website, half day is from 9am - 1pm. I got a call at 8 to say they were at the gate and I still had to get from Somerset West to Stellenbosch in the traffic. The cleaner, Suzie was very sweet and did everything we asked her to do and more. When she arrived, she told us she would do everything she could until she is picked up at 1:30. At 12:15, she picked up her bag and started walking out. I confronted her on this and she said, she was told to wait at the gate as Neil was on his way to fetch her early because he had to pick up his child from school. I paid for a half day clean and ended up doing the last hour myself. Totally unacceptable! I do not recommend Oh so Clean!!
Very good service. They sent the quote within hours and from that moment on, it was a pleasure to deal with them. They were quick to respond and solve any issues I might have and very informative and helpful. The move itself was painless and the moving staff were friendly and efficient. All our things arrived at their desination in one piece. Thank you Eezimove for such a positive experience.
The app is useless. You have do a selfie to get past the first stage of setting it up, but let me tell you, it is pathetic! I would pull out of FNB if it wasn't the only bank that works with PayPal! I have other banking apps on my phone, none of which are as useless as FNB.
The customer service is non-existent!! I ordered 2 inverters and was told delivery would be 3-4 weeks. We were prepared to wait as inverters are hard to find these days. 4 days before we were due to receive the inverters, I got an email from Loot to say that the supplier is out of stock ......... after waiting a month? Really?!! They cancelled my order and credited my account with the money and said if I wanted the money in my bank account, I must let them know ....... well this all took place on 25th July and they sent me a ticket ID after requesting the money in my bank account (I mean really, it's a no-brainer, they don't have what I want, I need to purchase it elsewhere). By the 28th, I hadn't heard back yet, so emailed again, another ticket ID!! Still waiting, today it's the 2nd August. I am shocked at the customer service. They even have a Loot promise: Loot Promise: "We aim to provide our customers with exceptional customer service, a great shopping experience......." What a lie!!!
I posted a review a couple of months ago. Back then it was a positive review. Since then, I have not been able to participate in one survey, it keeps screening out and says I don't qualify for that survey! All of them? Really? What a pathetic survey site!!
