Three attempts to get it done right.

Following on from my review on the 3rd of May. After suffering verbal abuse both in person and on this platform I reported the matter to my insurers who sent an assessor to inspect the vehicle.

The assessor felt that a very "shoddy repair" had been conducted and Andres was instructed to fix their mess.

Another two weeks later I went to collect the vehicle only to discover it was now even worse that the previous attempt. Again the assessor was called in who was still not satisfied with their workmanship.

They have now finally managed to complete the job properly. I had to pay in extra eventually to fix an issue they created, and they still charged me an amount which was higher than I was originally quoted.

So despite Andre`s claims in his previous reply claiming "Quality work has been done and that is what you have paid for" this was in fact not the case and the only "Shoddy" work on my car was by Andres Panel and Paint.

Andre agreed to apologize to me for the way I was treated if I gave them the opportunity to fix their mess. I reluctantly took the car back to them, and as expected no apology was anywhere to be found.

I have been without my car for over six weeks and it took them three attempts to get a very small repair done correctly. I personally wont be taking any vehicle near this company even again.
