Don't trust the quotation or the guarantee, it's worthless.

I paid a call-out fee so that they could assess the problem of my fridge not cooling down. They quoted, new parts were fitted. No change. They took it away again and re-gassed it as they apparently missed a leak. No change. Backwards and forwards, just over two months later and still no joy. Just over R3K wasted as they just blame loadshedding despite the fact that an anti-surge plug has been in use all along for at least the last two years. The most disappointing fact is that we previously had good service from them, but something has changed.
