We made a booking via Booking.com for Angels View Graskop hotel. Upon arrival were we noted that the dates were mixed up, we are a week early. We had to rebook, pay again and request refund from Booking.com. We are now informed by Booking.com that we are forfeiting our full amount. This is pure ****. We request that you intervene as this is a bad reputation for your business. We want our refund of R2950.
