I bought a car at Anglo car dealers at Benoni, on the 18 July 2025 all paperwork was done ,I waited for 5 days for the car while they say they took the car for a service as well as to repair the Tail light ,they phoned the 25 July 2025 that the car is ready ,but they can't supply me with service records as well as the tail light ,they say the tail light is on backorder ,but there is no correspondence till today ,I encountered a lot of problem with the car including the windscreen as well as the parking brake, and the ignition coils and Tyre sensor which was not disclosed to me which some are still a problem, luckily when the car didn't want to start due to loose battery terminals ,I Realized there is not enough coolant water in the reservoir ,This was my first time ever in history of purchasing a vehicle to encounter service like the one I received

Hi. On the 1st of February 2024 I went to Anglo car dealership in Benoni, I bought a car which is a Renault sandero stepway for 95000 cash. On the very same day on my way back from Benoni to Katlehong in the Eastrand the car started to give me problem of switching off. Tried to contact the dealership but it was after office hours. The following day took the car for diagnosis to find out that the car has a problem of cylinder head casket and it has mixed oil already. To my astonishment I once againg called the dealership to tell them about the problem. They told me there's nothing that they can do because I bought the car cash. South African law doesn't longer allow for dealers to sell cars on footstoot. The car has caused me +- R200.00 now trying to fix it. The dealers are not taking my calls anymore.

Paul and Betsie your service was great !! I chose a car and relied on Paul for good advice. My application was approved, all within 4 hours! The next day Paul brought the vehicle so I could see him and drive around, I was more than satisfied. Within an hour, the electronic bank documents were with me and I signed. The vehicle was licensed and brought to me. The best service I have ever experienced in my life.

I bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz GL 350cdi from Siya at Anglo Car dealers in Benoni. I was told to sign the ABSA document 1st before they do the "finishing touches" as per our agreement, and the finance document was signed on the 5th September. I only received the vehicle on the 17th September, without the dvd remote( without the remote, the dvd wont operate) It was agreed with Nazeer, workshop manager to either fit 2x Michelin tyres, or 4x more affordable tyres(i suggested Dunlop) and I will pay in the difference( which should have been about +/- R2500 or so. Difference between 2x expenseive tyres, and 4x more affordable tyres).They couldn't get the dvd player working as well, and told me that they need to order the remote. He told me (on whatsapp) that he will advise me when he have the remote, and then I need to pay the difference on the tyres which I don't have a problem. Currently he refuse to get me the remote(which I don't think he have) and told me to pay R6000 difference on tyres 1st(which was not agreed). I have signed their delivery note, which I have indicated on that they owe me the remote. They also refuse to send me a copy of the delivery note( Siya and Nazeer). They received their payment over a month ago for the vehicle from ABSA, so they absolutely don't care about their customer's request. So many whatsapp messages between Nazeer and myself, and Siya (apparently in charge of the sales) and myself, and with no success. absolutely pathetic after sales service, from a RMI approved dealer/workshops manager. They don't stick to their arrangement, and a lying to their customers, once the customer signed the documents.

I am still waiting for the dealer to fix my car still nothing is happening when u phone them they will tell you that they will get back to you till this day, they a cruckes they reep people of they don't care about customer

I am in the process of buying a vehicle at this dealership but I now have doubts because of their unprofessionalism and behaviour. Are they really legit? I have so much doubt. Pitty I have already paid them 50% and the balance in a month. They have so much street-wise communication style. they're like gangsters. I am somehow uncomfortable. I will let you know if my experience has changed when the deal is complete.
