I app**** for my refund on the 27th February 2024 and submitted all the documentation they asked for. It been a month now and I haven't received any correspondence from them. This company is *********** and doesn't treat its clientele good. I want my money back from Vumatel.
Hi. On the 1st of February 2024 I went to Anglo car dealership in Benoni, I bought a car which is a Renault sandero stepway for 95000 cash. On the very same day on my way back from Benoni to Katlehong in the Eastrand the car started to give me problem of switching off. Tried to contact the dealership but it was after office hours. The following day took the car for diagnosis to find out that the car has a problem of cylinder head casket and it has mixed oil already. To my astonishment I once againg called the dealership to tell them about the problem. They told me there's nothing that they can do because I bought the car cash. South African law doesn't longer allow for dealers to sell cars on footstoot. The car has caused me +- R200.00 now trying to fix it. The dealers are not taking my calls anymore.
I did order an installation for a router and it was unfortunate that my area was not withing their coverage. So the problem is that they are delaying to refund my R499 as I had already paid. I can't get hold of them and it's been a month now
We having a problem with a male nurse by the name of Mr Wesi. He's on duty for the night but he's reluctant to offer my young brother medical help. He's having nose bleed and urgent because it started yesterday. We explained the whole story to Mr Wesi that He has lost a lot of blood since yesterday. But to our surprise, he's ignoring us and giving us attitude saying that he can't be for the whole night to help us.

After the deal deal was signed and sealed, I took of with the car only to find out the car has a problem along the way back home. I tried to contact them but it was after office hours. Today I took the car to the mechanic to diagnose it only to find that it has a problem with cylinder head casket and is starting to mix oil and water. Contacted the dealership againg to report the matter and they tell me that they can't help me in that regard.
Apparently AVBOB is once again deducting from my persal without my concern. The amount of R335 from the month of October 2022 to date. The policy number is AL8333050X5. And what bothers me is that I haven't undertaken any policy with AVBOB.
This company I don't even know it and haven't signed any documentation with them authorizing them to deduct money from my salary. They deducted the amount of R474.
It has come to my attention that Avbob has defrauded me againg on the month of February 2022. I did lodge a complain last month on the same issue but it still prevails. They deducted the amount of R419 once more without my authorization.
Hi I like to lay a complain about AVBOB because they have been deducting money from my persal of Wich I haven't authorized anything from them. This is a fraudulent activity. The above mentioned company has deducted the amount of R419.00 from the month of November. I did send them a complain on Friday regarding the matter but I haven't received any correspondence from them. Please help me in this regard.
