I will stay away

I bought a submersible lamp about a week ago from the petshop at geelhout gardens animal farm. Then the light started to flash and dim and flash. I whent to the shop to exchange the light. The lady working at the shop plugged the light in and se saw the light is not werking correctly. Then when i told her that i bought the light about a week ago she told me sorry se need the slip to send the light in. I lost the slip because i thought it will work because it was a nice place. And now i know that thay will never see me again
