ANIMAL TRAVEL LOCALITY 24-7

I've lost an amount of R17 000 which, according to Animal Travel will be returned on receipt of the puppy they were supposed to transport. The transaction could not be concluded as they further required an amount of R30 000 for license fees which I was not in a position to pay. On request that the transaction be canceled and the refundable monies are returned, I have not yet received any response and fear that it will be a loss on my part.
