Worst courier service. It's impossible to make any arrangement for delivery. It seem they expect you to be home everyday for an unmentioned time until they decide to show up with your parcel.
I have to extend my thanks to Janelle at the Potchefstroom branch. She is efficient and also very helpful. Thank you for an excellent service.
Futonsonline.co.za is one of the best places I've ever made a purchase from. They are extremely quick to respond, keep you updated with your purchase, delivery is fast and the products are of a very high standard. Thank you.
Worst service ever in Potchefstroom. Waiting in line (not the drive thru) takes almost 10 minutes. Waiting for your order takes another 5 minutes and it is brought in phases....food without a knife but with a fork and one with only a knife. Then the drinks arrive and 2 minutes later the straw. Have been waiting in line know for 8 minutes to pay the bill.
Fastway couriers do not have an alternative means of delivery. If you give a home address you must ensure that there is somebody there the entire time, without knowing which day or time your package may arrive. Making alternate arrangements also seem challenging as the drivers who Fastway was kind enough to provide contact numbers for, does not even work for them anymore. I am still waiting for my parcel. Working from home to accommodate possible delivery.
This organization has been advertising positions (the same positions) over and over. Irrespective of providing an email address or contact numbers, you get no reply. The contact number leaves you on hold with no answer. On LinkedIn there is no response.
This is certainly the best Pizza in town. It tastes like it was prepared with care and commitment to something good, something extraordinary. Thank you!!
Hollard seems to be ignoring my inquiries (both via email and phone calls) pertaining to a policy that is deducted from my bank account which I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR? When I stopped the debit order, I started receiving SMS about non-payment however it is for different things. Some for dental plans, other for life insurance etc etc. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hollard and when I manage to find a person via phone, I am transferred and then cut off.
When purchasing tickets there is no option to revisit purchases, neither to print tickets. Whenever it just happen that printing is interrupted, you cannot return to print your tickets resulting in a frustration of sending emails back and forth. The call line is also not an option. They never call back 😡😡😡😡
