Ankara textiles ****med me of my R1530

I orded material from Ankara textiles in January and they told to pay they had stock. On the 19th of January i paid R1530 into their account, i never received the material, I asked for my money back , they told me it will take 21 days. It's May now I have not received my refund and they are ignoring my messages and emails. They are ****mers who take people's money and not deliver then refuse to pay the refund.
