The owe me R4000 rand after I cancelled my order for non-delivery. Keep ignoring my requests to give it back.

They deserve no stars.

I can't believe these people are in business still especially as the reviews on Google, HelloPeter and the Facebook page all show similar experiences.

I have received zero customer support or replies to anything in weeks. I've lost thousands of rands because there is no recourse for buyers who get ****med by their false statements on their websites.

Delivery in 3-5 business days IS A LIE! Immediate customer service IS A LIE - I've got countless messages, and phone call recordings with the poor ladies who have to take my calls day after day. One time one of the directors Petrus answered and pretended to be floor staff and couldn't help me as my "query had been escalated to the directors!!" I kid you not.

All my emails, WhatsApp messages and calls to the "customer service" team are just ignored, or blocked for simply asking how to get my money refunded for the non-delivery of my products ordered, never mind trying to return items that arrived 3 weeks AFTER I cancelled because of their terrible customer service and inability to deliver in 3-5 business days as promised on their website.

Oh and easy returns? No that's a lie too.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

It's been 6 weeks and still no solution (or even reply of any use) to a simple refund of cancelled items that they couldn't deliver on time, nor returns. Mind-blowing how *********** these directors are at basic customer service.

If you want great customer service, easy returns and quick delivery, I found Superbalist amazing and Rightland for African print to be out of this world! And of course Chepa.
