On the 22 Aug 2017 my company purchased R16 256-40 containers for the first time from Ankot Plastics with the understanding that their containers went through a Quality Check process prior purchasing the containers. However this week we started using their 20l Blue Ribb Containers + tap and found out of two bags two containers leaking on the bottom of the containers. Today, 19 Sept 2017 I contacted their offices and reported the leaking containers with a lady after calling ********** 280. I explained to her the problem with the containers. She took my contact no as well address and told she will come back to me. At 10h52 the owner of Ankot called me asking me to explain the problem of which I did. He asked me to send him a pic after which I told him that’s not going to resolve the issue, but that he must send me a technician out who moulds the containers to my place as I am not going through all the containers and perform quality checks as I do not buy defaulted containers. He then screamed at me and told me who the F&&& am I and do I know to whom I am F&&& talking to and told me to F&&&F and I can do what I want...his name I assume was Mohammed the owner of Ankot Plastics. I was so shocked and insulted by Mohammed that I had neither further words nor what to say. He then slammed the phone in my ear....wow I never ever experienced such a scenario, insult nor been swore by anybody during my 54 years. At 11h40 I called Ankot again and asked to speak to a rational person in the company who I can communicate like a normal human being who have respect for not even him but to clients. They put me through to another man who we as normal human beings could discuss the issues and at the same time, explained him what bad respect and treatment I experienced from Ankot Plastics owner named Mohammed. The person listened and took my details and informed me he will follow up with the problem and come back to me. Well, Mohammed people like you don’t deserve nor earn any respect from your staff nor your clients. You are a disgrace for your own company...period. Is this how you lead your staff and business......by example!!!
