ANNIKA SHOES IS A RIP OFF FROM CHINA
I was stupid not to look at reviews before I purchased this item. The purchase process went off very smoothly and the money went off my account even faster. the shoes arrived 2 months later in cheap wrapping, unboxed. It was nearly 3 sizes too big. It was terrible quality uppers. Not at all as advertised. They insisted that I made an error with the size. For goodness sake ~I know what size shoe I wear! No refund and no further response to my emails. It looks so cheap that I can't even resell it at that price to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANNIKA SHOES. IT IS A RIP OFF. The shoes are definitely misleading advertising.

shocking quality
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering here. I also waited 2,5 months to receive my order, sizing is wrong and quality is shocking!!! They feel like superlight plastic kids shoes and the sandals stand completely loose away from my foot. They are nothing like in the picture.

What a disappointment, I should have known when FNB Fraud dept phoned me to confirm if I made a purchase at this company. I still chose to believe that all will work out well. In tracking the parcel I could see that it arrived in SA but from there it just disappeared. So lesson learned, they have my money, do not reply when you inquire. FRAUD

Complete Scam
Posting this as a warning to all other unsuspecting South African shoppers. This company is a complete scam. They quite happily take your money once you place your order for their comfy looking "South African" foot wear (far from it and definitely NOT a South African product, but rather a Made in China cheap rip off), then give you all kinds of excuses as to why you have not received your order - and you NEVER WILL.

Complete Scam

This company is a SCAM, and should be blocked by Facebook. Once you have paid you get no receipt for payment, you can only pay by credit card. When you do an initial Enquiry before paying to see if you can rather buy from their store or ask where there store is located, they tell you that they are not yet based in SA. And if you do the online purchase you never ever get your shoes or a response from them concerning your payment. IT IS A SCAM SITE. The comments that someone has received their shoes is made up by them. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Annika footwear is a scam
I share the experience of others that this company scams people. I waited almost 3 months for sneakers i ordered, for which I paid upfront. At R699, not cheap. When they eventually arrived in Jan, they were ry small make, inferior quality, with defects. I tried to return them and they responded that they had been a sale item and therefore no returns or refunds were possible. R700 lost! Can we report them to the SA consumer council? We do have laws that protect consumers, but not sure how to go about it. 9

I ordered shoes (Order #DINASA3182) from Annika Footwear o the 9th December 2021. I haven't received anything till now the 11 Jan 2022. I've enquired several times but did not receive any reply from them. Is this firm legit.
