No delivery
24March 2022 ordered shoes. Was in contact with them many times saying they will check the order now they just ignore my emails . Its a scam dont support them. Hope the wheel turns on them very soon . The email to watch out for sophiesandalssa@gmail.com (Sophies Footwear SA)

Scammed by Annika Sandals
Ordered sandals on Facebook for R549. Advertised as leather uppers and health sandals. Waited 2 mths for them to be delivered. What cheap rubbish!! Wore them yesterday and the broke and I threw them in the bin. What a scam and according to comments on their Facebook page I am not the only one. So be aware!!

Ordered sandals on Facebook for R549. Advertised as leather uppers and health sandals. Waited 2 mths for them to be delivered. What cheap rubbish!! My sister and I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company who purported to be South African. This cost us more than R1500.00 in total. Upon receiving the shoes we found that they were of very poor quality and about 2 sizes too small. We then found out that the shoes are being sent from China and there is no one to assist us in exchanging the shoes. And more and more people are buying these shoes and having the same complaint. There is something not quite right about this company.

Disappointed with delivery time promised
I ordered online on the 03/11/2021 and as per their add delivery is 7/15 days, I am still waiting for my order and have followed up almost every 2nd/3rd day after the 15 days expired. Every email from them they replied the order is on its way, only today after more than a month I have been told there might be a problem with m address????? Why was this not picked up after my 1st complaint?? I have today send a message on WAPP to the courier company to ask what the problem is with my address - I do however feel this is Annikas responsibility to ensure that orders get delivered and followed up with the courier company THEY USE - If I knew this order was going to take 5/6 weeks to get delivered I would NOT have ordered the shoes
