I ordered a double bed and headboard. Received only the headboard. I have called and emailed every single day to enquire about the balance of the order. The ONLY reply I keep getting. "We have escalated your query " Absolutely PATHETIC SERVICE DEFINITELY DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have purchased a battery on 13/01/2021 which was suppose to have a guarantee for 12 months - The battery is faulty, we returned it back to Infinity last week, only to be told we damaged the battery and they cannot replace - How convenient to now blame us for it so they d not have to replace it before the warranty has expired - We have purchased many batteries from Infinity and this is the worse service we have EVER HAD - BLAMING THE CUSTOMER SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE IT UNDER WARRANTY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I ordered online on the 03/11/2021 and as per their add delivery is 7/15 days, I am still waiting for my order and have followed up almost every 2nd/3rd day after the 15 days expired. Every email from them they replied the order is on its way, only today after more than a month I have been told there might be a problem with m address????? Why was this not picked up after my 1st complaint?? I have today send a message on WAPP to the courier company to ask what the problem is with my address - I do however feel this is Annikas responsibility to ensure that orders get delivered and followed up with the courier company THEY USE - If I knew this order was going to take 5/6 weeks to get delivered I would NOT have ordered the shoes
