Annique - receive cash, don't deliver goods

Ordered and paid for products ad a contribution for gift packs for a charity for abused women. Annique cannot deliver through the selected channel, PEP stores, cannot reroute and cannot refund! They used to be professional to order from, seems they have become too big to care. I feel sorry for my (and the other agents) who are trying to earn a living this way.
