Decofurn - Deffective goods, poor service, dont follow their policies
Purchased and paid for a couch from Decofurn North Riding, when it was delivered it was defective. I have now sent 5 emals, and waited for over one month for a refund. I would not recommend this outlet. Their refund policy is supposed to be 7-days, and I have been promised a refund on numerous occasions

Annique - receive cash, don't deliver goods
Ordered and paid for products ad a contribution for gift packs for a charity for abused women. Annique cannot deliver through the selected channel, PEP stores, cannot reroute and cannot refund! They used to be professional to order from, seems they have become too big to care. I feel sorry for my (and the other agents) who are trying to earn a living this way.

Investment mistake!
I am having a terrible experience trying to draw down an investment from Liberty. Now on my 13th email, have spoken to 4 different call centre people, and one Call Centre Manager. I have sent the same documents x3. Have been refused the opportunity to escalate. It was easy to invest, impossible to withdraw. Be careful people!!! Chose carefully who you invest with
