I recently had an experience with A.N.S Electrical's end of year party, and unfortunately, it left a negative impression not only on the company but the owner as well. The excessive noise generated during the event was a major concern, as it could be heard over a distance. I requested to speak to the owner/manager, an Indian male approached and informed that this was his party and he had the right to break the law by making the noise. I did not request for the noise to stop but to lower the loudness and screaming from the staff/guest, that echoed across the entire residential neighborhood. Despite politely requesting to lower the volume, it got louder as the afternoon progressed. I inquired about whether they had obtained permission from Metro Police to make such excessive noise, the owner (now established and quire arrogant about it) claimed to have the necessary permission. However, when I asked for proof, he refused to provide any documentation. This lack of transparency was disappointing. Feeling frustrated, I mentioned that I would contact the local authorities, to address the noise issue and I was told in a rude manner to go ahead. Even after the agreed-upon end time, the noise continued. This left me no choice but to report the incident to the authorities. (Note that this had been going on for over 4 hrs). This experience raises concerns if this is how A.N.S Electrical treats its neighbors. It is important for companies to be respectful and considerate of their neighbors, as it reflects their overall values and commitment to the community around them. In this case, the excessive noise, arrogance from the owner and lack of responsiveness to concerns were disappointing and should be taken into consideration when evaluating A.N.S Electrical as a potential service provider. This review is my opinion and what I have experienced
