Dear Hellopeter Team,
I am lodging this complaint due to the frustrating experience I’ve had with Aragroup and Foschini regarding my fully settled account.
I made all payments to Aragroup and have provided proof. When I requested a paid-up letter, I was told the account belongs to Foschini. However, Aragroup can clearly see all the payments I made, yet they still refer me to Foschini. Foschini, in turn, sends me back to Aragroup.
I am being sent back and forth with no assistance, no ownership, and no resolution – all while my account remains incorrectly listed as unpaid despite proof of payment being submitted.
This lack of accountability and service is unacceptable. I am simply requesting what I am rightfully owed: a paid-up letter for an account I have fully settled.
Please assist in getting this resolved as a matter of urgency.
