Carla Pretorius of ANVIL Property Smith made it possible within 24 hours
Applying for property is sometimes tormenting but with the aid of the dedicated agent, CARLA PRETORIUS, who made my application as easy as ABC, she managed to secure us a new office space within 24 hours. I started engaging her around 08h00 in the morning and unexpectedly we had all paperwork completed by the close of business day and we were so happy to receive the lease agreement. Before authorizing our first payment, my boss said, "I dont know how you pulled this and i hope its not a ****". Yet he punched the green button. I had the pleasure of dealing with such a caring and understanding estate agent , Carla Pretorius from Anvil. She never once lost her patience with my many request and went above and beyond my expectations. Extremely professional and available at the drop of a hat . She never once lost her patience with my many request and went above and beyond my expectations. Extremely professional and available at the drop of a hat . REJECTED DUE TO RACE!!!!
I had applied for an office with this company in capetown as we have a depot in durban , so I had paid for my employee to go over to capetown to have a look at this place and once we had desided to take an office , the agent requested document such as fica, which I had then gladly given , after 2 day off waiting the agent advised that my application was rejected upon no reason , so i had tried to get behind the reason and it seems they have been taking there time to try and find one so I had one of my employees follow up with the property agent and he was advised that the landlord did not even look at the application once he saw my name , so we were informed that it was a racial issue cause once they had found out that I was actually black , they had refused to look at the application on those basis, it was absolutely unacceptable in this day in time that South Africa still has those handful off racist individuals that will take a decision on just your race, however even after providing them with accounts and reference , CAPETOWN HAS A RACE ISSUE AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WHICH NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH.

Unprofessional property agent - Durban
I have been dealing with Tshepiso from Avil Property in the Durban area, Initially, I contacted him requiring office space in the DBN CBD, he emailed me with an appointment to meet on Monday the 21/05/18 at 10am, on Monday the 21/05 he did not contact me, I had to call him and then he advises that he is so sorry but he will not make the appointment as his sister had a miscarriage. I was quite annoyed as he could have cancelled in advance instead of making me go into town, but I understood and resheduled. After that he makes another appointment and tells me meet him at Maritime House, I go there and again he is not there, he calls me and says he is stuck in traffic, I must go see the building security and he will show me the place. Again he is not available!!! I obliged and met with the building security. He then tells the security to take me to The Marine building. So im at Maritime House and I must go with a security guard to another building. After hearing this I just texted him saying I am not interested. This agent is really unproffessional and has no business ethics and cannot keep up with appointments. When I call him he has the attitude to tell me that he does not wnat to deal with me or my company and will not find me office space.

Unprofessional property agent - Durban
