<p>I am so disgusted!!! Utterly and purely outraged that this sham of a company still has not refunded our money. Even after me going to the consumer ombud and the ombud giving them a deadline to the 4th September to make the payment. STILL NO REFUND!! In June 2018 we signed a quote and paid a deposit of R9198 and was advised the work would be done in a week. It was gone over 2 weeks and still no installation. We canceled the services (NO HARDWARE OR INSTALLATION) was done and was advised our deposit would be refunded. No one mentioned any cancellation fee etc. After many calls and emails, they say they are charging an R1800 cancelation fee and will only pay 50% deposit. Still after a week no refund. eventually, after our attorney contacted them R3300 was released. They still owe us the balance which is R5183. Day after day we try calling and NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. The person is never in, from CEO to accounts to finance, but when they needed our money everyone was very available. I have now gone into extra cost of taking legal action proceeding with a summons. Still, no one takes our call and the emails are a rat race, then They have the nerve of asking me to remove the post from Hello Peter and they will refund us. #Shocking!! I have compiled a complete case against this unprofessional, shady, and overall disappointing company. So grateful we did not go ahead with their services there would have been endless drama. The staff are rude, call us a shady company and forget that the crux of the matter is we entered into an agreement, we canceled the services and are entitled to our deposit bac**** IS their business doing so bad that they need to steal money from small businesses??? #PAYBACKOURMONEY #WORSTTELECOMSCOMPANY</p>
Absolutely delightful working with Thami from BedRock Properties, he assisted us with our new offices and was so patient and worked hard on finding us the perfect space. I highly recommend Thami as a property broker anytime, he was extremely helpful, professional and so pleasant to work with.
I previously had a nasty experience with Tshpiso from Anvil, leaving me outraged and with little faith in the competence of their company. To my surprise, Director Matthew called me and took the time to apologize and try and assist me. Thank you so much Matthew, I wish Anvil Property all the best in their future endeavours and business.
I have received a refund of only R3305.57. I paid a deposit of R9198.85. Where is my balance? On the 29 May I signed a quotation with you SAtelecoms regarding telecoms for my company, on the 11 June2018 I paid a deposit as requested of R9198.85, from the 12 June 2018 I have been calling every day and been given the run around from ziphozonke(salesrep) saying they will be here either ‘today or tomorrow’ going on for more than 2 weeks , they have failed to provide me with the promised and adequate service and thus resulted in my cancellation. Now they withhold the balance of my deposit. When I call their office no one takes my call or the reception says accounts and management arnt in, this cant be every day. I have voice recordings!!!! Now they dont want to refund my deposit saying they need to sell the equipment first. and they are charging me a hefty cancellation fee. I have gone through the proposal & invoice and it DOES NOT state anything about a cancellation or handling fee. Neither was I advised on such. There was no installation done and no hardware delivered. This goes against the CPA and they are in breach of the CPA. These people claim to be professional and be the best in the business but have such poor business ethics. I WANT MY MONEY BAC**** Thank my lucky stars I did not proceed with their company.
I have been dealing with Tshepiso from Avil Property in the Durban area, Initially, I contacted him requiring office space in the DBN CBD, he emailed me with an appointment to meet on Monday the 21/05/18 at 10am, on Monday the 21/05 he did not contact me, I had to call him and then he advises that he is so sorry but he will not make the appointment as his sister had a miscarriage. I was quite annoyed as he could have cancelled in advance instead of making me go into town, but I understood and resheduled. After that he makes another appointment and tells me meet him at Maritime House, I go there and again he is not there, he calls me and says he is stuck in traffic, I must go see the building security and he will show me the place. Again he is not available!!! I obliged and met with the building security. He then tells the security to take me to The Marine building. So im at Maritime House and I must go with a security guard to another building. After hearing this I just texted him saying I am not interested. This agent is really unproffessional and has no business ethics and cannot keep up with appointments. When I call him he has the attitude to tell me that he does not wnat to deal with me or my company and will not find me office space.
Im so pleased to mention that Justplay has such interactive survey and questionnaires and their competitions are fantastic. Normally one would be restricted to the number of times one can enter but with Justplay you can enter as many times as you like. I am addicted and play everyday. Just love Justplay :)
