Shocking service from the owner

We ordered some more vinyl flooring as we did a renovation and needed the same product to flow through to our extension. We paid for it well in advance due to the fact that the product was going to be discontinued. 3 months later when we wanted to have the product installed, the installer arrived at my house with a different product. I was then told that my product/order had been sold to someone else and there is nothing that they can do about and that I should take this new product. The colourway was lighter and the planks were wider than what I already had. I contacted the owner of the company who basically told me that there is nothing that he can do, without much apology or business etiquette. I told him that I expected him to sort it out - to which he laughed at. I also told him that I was expecting a call from him to resolve this problem. To date I have not heard from the owner Deon.
